TAKE NOTICE THAT on July 11, 2024 an order was made for service upon you of a Notice of Civil Claim from the Vancouver Registry of the Supreme Court of British Columbia in proceeding number S234012, filed May 31, 2023 and a Renewal Order filed on May 30, 2024 by way of this advertisement.
In this proceeding, the Plaintiff claims the following relief against you: Judgment for a debt owed by you to the estate of the late Ronald Edward Howell (the “Deceased”), Damages, An interest in the subject property proportionate to the amount of the funds; A certificate of pending litigation against the real property located at 10870 Highway 97 North, Quesnel, British Columbia; Interest pursuant to the Court Order Interest Act, RSBC 1996, c.79, including pre-judgment interest and Costs.
You must file a Response to the Notice of Civil Claim within the period required under the Supreme Court Civil Rules failing which further proceedings, including judgment, may be taken against you without further notice to you.
