Land Act: Notice of Application for a Disposition of Crown Land

Take notice that, West Chilcotin Search and Rescue 16665 Hwy 20 Tatla Lake BC V0L1V0 has applied to the British Columbia Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development (MFLNRORD), Cariboo Region, for a license of Occupation for communication site purpose situated on Provincial Crown land located at that parcel of unsurveyed Crown land located about 6 km south of HWY 20 in the Heckman Pass and 25km due west of Anahim Lake more or less.

The site will house a VHF repeater that will form part of the WCSAR repeater system that provides VHF radio coverage in the West Chilcotin. MFLNRORD invites comments on this application, the Lands File is 5408103. Written comments concerning this application should be directed to the Land Officer, Cariboo Region, MFLNRORD up to 30 days from the date of this notice.
