Williams Lake and District Crime Stoppers requests the public's assistance in solving armed robbery case

The public is being asked to help identify the subjects involved in an armed robbery at the Williams Lake Bank of Commerce in May.


The Williams Lake and District Crime Stoppers is requesting the assistance of the public to help identify the subjects involved in an armed robbery at the Williams Lake Bank of Commerce back in May.

The robbery took place at approximately 2:30 a.m. on May 6.

The victims were at the cash machine in the bank lobby when two subjects came up behind them, physically assaulted one of them and stole an undisclosed amount of cash from them.

The robbers were described as non-white and wearing dark grey bandanas and dark clothing.  One suspect was approximately five feet, seven inches tall, and the other considerably taller.
