Fitness patrons now have to complete a waiver form when purchasing daily, 10 drop-in or monthly passes at the Cariboo Memorial Recreation Complex, the City says.
Those signing up for swim lessons and other recreation programs will also need to complete waivers for their classes.
Waiver forms must be completed at the complex administration office at the time of payment. The City says the completion of waiver forms reflects requirements outlined by the City’s insurance provider.
“Our goal is to bring clarity and consistency to our waiver-form process,” says Deborah Radolla, manager of active living for the City.
