RCMP have located 12-year-old Shyla Billy, who went missing from her Williams Lake residence on Monday, July 28.

The Williams Lake RCMP are pleased to advise that Shyla Billy has been safely located in Williams Lake by an officer conducting patrols.

The RCMP would like to thank everyone who offered assistance in locating Shyla.

The Williams Lake RCMP are asking for the public's assistance in locating 12-year-old Shyla Billy, who went missing from her Williams Lake residence on Monday, July 28.

Police said they do not suspect foul play, but are hoping to locate her.

Shyla is First Nations, approximately 5 feet four inches tall, weighing 124 pounds. She is average build, has copper/brown hair and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, pink capri pants, black shoes and carrying a white backpack.
