At approximately 4 a.m. on Nov. 11, the Williams Lake RCMP responded to a report of gun shots in the area of Carson Drive and 5th Avenue. Police determined someone had fired a gun more than once at a house at this location.
'Nobody was injured and this was not a random act," Insp. Warren Brown said in a press release. "Police discovered illicit drugs and weapons inside the house along with two individuals who had several outstanding warrants for their arrest."
Both individuals were taken into custody and the investigation is continuing.
The RCMP believe these gun shots were fired from a vehicle. If anyone has information, they are requested to call the Williams Lake RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
