The Williams Lake RCMP responded to a complaint of assault on the Soda Creek Road early Tuesday, Oct. 28 at 6:18 a.m.
Upon arriving at the scene, police discovered a stolen vehicle that had been taken some time earlier in the morning from a residence in Williams Lake.
The RCMP said Tuesday they are still actively investigating this ongoing file as to whether there is a connection between the assault and the stolen vehicle.
