Another of the city’s wooden sculptures has been vandalized. Carver Ken Sheen’s cowboy that stands at the Stampede Park entrance on Oliver Street, is missing the brim of his hat. Mayor Walt Cobb said Thursday this latest vandalism is “disgusting” and “frustrating.”
