A 30-year-old man from the Williams Lake area has died following a single vehicle rollover near Likely Monday.
Staff Sgt. Del Byron said Williams Lake RCMP were called at 2:42 p.m. Monday afternoon and arrived on scene to find medical services staff already performing CPR on the victim, who was later pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident occurred about two kilometres down Spanish Lake Road, just off the Likely Road.
The 31-year-old passenger of the pickup truck was uninjured.
Byron said the cause of the incident is still under investigation, however, speed, alcohol and drugs are being considered as contributing factors.
