Members of the Central Cariboo Search and Rescue responded to Yank's Peak to assist with a rescue Sunday afternoon.
"(We) were dispatched by helicopter because there's an injured person at Yank's Peak," said SAR manager Rick White.

Yank's Peak is a remote area located east of Likely that is popular with snowmobilers.
