About 50 people attended a Let’s Talk About Food forum this past Saturday in the Thompson Rivers University cafeteria. Here (from left), Anya Reid, Michelle Daymond, Lora Fairbrother, James Richards, Bert Groenenberg, Marg Evans and Val Biffert take part in a discussion on the Carson Community Farm Garden. The forum was sponsored by the Williams Lake Food Policy Council, the City of Williams Lake, Thompson Rivers University and the Oliver Street Market. Also discussed was the second phase of the Food Policy Council’s five-year plan.
