RCMP looking for Virgil Hummingbird Thomas wanted on outstanding warrants

The RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 31-year-old Virgil Hummingbird Thomas.

The North District Major Crime Unit and Fort St. James RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 31-year-old Virgil Hummingbird Thomas.

Thomas is wanted on two separate outstanding warrants in the radius of B.C., Alberta and the Yukon Territories for manslaughter and failing to appear in court.

He is described as First Nations, five feet, eight inches tall, weighing 155 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes

His current whereabouts is unknown, but Thomas may be in the Vancouver area, the RCMP said.

If anyone sees Thomas they are asked not approach him, but call police immediately.

Anyone who knows his whereabouts and wishes to remain anonymous, is asked to please call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
