Body found in home on Mountain House Road Tuesday night

Williams Lake RCMP, along with the North District Major Crime Unit, are calling a death at a residence Tuesday on Mountain House Road suspicious.

Williams Lake RCMP were called to the residence at 9:35 p.m. where, upon arrival, discovered a deceased adult male.

“North District Major Crime has assumed conduct of the investigation and is being supported by the Williams Lake Detachment and several other investigative support units,” said District Advisory NCO Cpl. Madonna Saunderson.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Williams Lake RCMP at 250-392-6211 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

“To protect the integrity of the investigation, no further information will be released at this time,” Saunderson said.
