A public meeting on the City’s five-year financial plan will take place at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 13 in City council chambers.
All residents are invited to share their thoughts on the financial plan, which includes a 2011 budget and top-line projections for the following four years.
Highlights from the proposed 2011 budget include a three-per- cent increase in taxation revenue (equivalent to $330,000).
The final distribution of tax rates among tax classes is to be determined prior to establishing the tax-rate bylaw.
