The Prince George RCMP are requesting the assistance of the public to locate a Prince George man wanted on a warrant.
Thirty seven year old Jamie Hal Hammerstrom is wanted in relation a stolen vehicle and possession of stolen property investigation dating back to September 2015. Police said Hammerstrom is well known to them and is on the Prince George detachment's prolific offender list.
He is described as a caucasian male, five foot eight inches and weighing 149 pounds, with a medium build. He has blonde hair and green eyes.
"Hammerstrom should be considered violent," the RCMP said in a press release. "If you locate Jamie Hal Hammerstrom do not approach him, call 9-1-1 immediately."

Tipsters do not have to reveal their identity to Crime Stoppers and information that leads to an arrest could be eligible for a cash reward.
