The Sam Ketcham Pool Referendum received 2,883 votes in favour and 1,357 against it, the Cariboo Regional District announced in its preliminary voting results released Sunday afternoon.
The yes vote will allow the borrowing of up to $10 million over 20 years to provide for the upgrade and renovation of the pool and amenities at the Cariboo Memorial Recreation Complex.
