Williams Lake RCMP were present outside the funeral Saturday of Jonathan Sellars at the Soda Creek First Nation community. Sellars was one of two victims killed at a residence on North Mackenzie Ave. April 18. Police have not named any suspects in the relation to the deaths.
Last week, Chief Donna Dixon said First Nations communities throughout the area were grieving the loss of Sellars, who had a large family.
A few kilometres away from the funeral, down the Mountain House Road, on Saturday police arrested two suspects following a single vehicle rollover. Jared Ingle is in custody in relation to the police pursuit and made a court appearance Monday.
