A couple living on Clearview Crescent had a rude awakening early this morning after finding an intruder trying to break into their home.
Staff Sgt. Del Byron said police received the report of the attempted break and enter at about 5:34 a.m. Tuesday.
The home owners described seeing a dark hand reach through their open bedroom window.
They also noted the suspect was wearing a black sweater.
Anyone with information that could help in the investigation is asked to contact the Williams Lake RCMP.
