Saturday the riders are tackling Desous Mountain half an hour west of Williams Lake overlooking the mighty Fraser River.

Sunday the races take place on Fox Mountain Network, with its notoriously good trails, that are fast and flowy with the classic Cariboo steeps.

The first racers pedal off today (Saturday) at 12:10 p.m. in the 30 to 39 age men category, followed by other races featuring 21-29 men, women, U21 and 15 and under, 39-40 men, 40-plus men, any stragglers and finally pro men.

Sunday things kick off for the Fox Mountain races at 8:20 a.m. with a racer briefing, followed by the first men's race at 8:30 a.m. with the entire event and awards expected to be finishing up at the Laughing Loon, 1730A Broadway Ave. South some time around 3 p.m. or whenever the riders finish.

Williams Lake is the third stop on the BC Enduro Series.
