Cariboo Chilcotin MLA Donna Barnett presented Williams Lake's Dave Dickson with the Medal of Good Citizenship on behalf of Premier Christy Clark during a celebration held at Williams Lake City Hall Tuesday.
Barnett said she nominated Dickson, received support from city council and a great letter of recommendation from Williams Lake RCMP Inspector Milo MacDonald.
