Ashcroft RCMP have confirmed the missing female, Suzie Duguay, has been located.
At approximately 10 p.m. on Aug. 27, a local resident found Duguay walking along the bank of the Thompson River.
The resident said he thought the female matched the description issued by police and upon to speaking to her, confirmed her identity.
Police advise that Duguay is currently being medically assessed but was found to be uninjured and in generally good condition after being reported last seen on Aug. 23 around 10:45 p.m. walking near the hospital.
RCMP would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance in locating the missing female.
