Despite the cold, a group gathered to march to City Hall in support of the Occupy Wall Street movement, Friday. The event, organized by Wayne Lucier, homeless outreach worker for the Canadian Mental Health Association Cariboo Chilcotin Branch, and Tom Salley was intended to bring attention to poverty issues.
