Heli-logging aimed at Douglas-fir beetle infestation continues

Crews continue their work this week in and around Williams Lake in an effort to stop the spread of the Douglas-fir beetle.

Residents in the city have been able to watch the work unfold since mid-December, with heli-logging continuing this week in the Esler and South Lakeside forests.
