The Williams Lake RCMP is reminding the public not to walk alone late at night after a robbery in Boitanio Park Wednesday evening.
Sometime between 10 and 11 p.m. Feb. 23, a female was robbed by three male suspects while walking through the park. The suspects are thought to be between 19 and 25 years of age.
The female suffered some injuries as a result.
The alleged robbery prompted police to warn, "We would ask that anyone out walking late at night to try and walk with friends and if they need to walk alone, stick to well-lit, well-travelled areas."
