The RCMP, BC Ambulance, Cariboo Search and Rescue and Williams Lake Fire Dept. responded to the scene of a vehicle incident Monday around 4:50 p.m. involving a pickup truck and an SUV.
The collision occurred at the Highway 97 South and Mackenzie Avenue South intersection.
Extent of injuries are unknown at the time, although one person was taken by a stretcher to be checked out by ambulance attendants at the scene.
