On Dec. 26 at 11:53 p.m. the Anahim RCMP received a complaint of shots fired at a residence in the 2100 block of Dorsey Road, which is located in the rural area of Anahim Lake.
Officers attended to find a 22- and 23-year-old man deceased at the scene.
Additional resources were immediately called in from Bella Coola, Alexis Creek, the North District Major Crime Unit and the Emergency Response Team to assist.
On Dec. 27 at around 9:30 a.m. several suspects were taken into custody without incident.
It is believed that all parties involved are known to each other.
The investigation is in its preliminary stages and further details may be released once known.
