Police are investigating a collision that took place on Dog Creek Road near Springhouse Wednesday evening.
Just after 6 p.m., police were dispatched to the collision where they discovered that a Honda CRV had slammed into the rear of a broken-down logging truck that was parked on the road way.
The RCMP say that according to witnesses the truck had been broken down there since sometime in the morning.
Police say that it was very dark with limited visibility at the time of the incident.
All occupants of the Honda CRV were transported to hospital by ambulance.
The provincial Commercial Vehicle Safety and Enforcement and an RCMP traffic analyst attended and inspected both vehicles.
The investigation is continuing.
