B.C. Conservative party leader John Cummins will be Williams Lake on Monday, June 20.
The public is encouraged to meet with Cummins, who will be upstairs at Big Mamas Steakhouse at noon.
Topics of conversation will include, but won’t be limited to, Prosperity mine.
The B.C. Conservative party has also formed a constituency association for the Cariboo-Chilcotin area.
The constituency association’s president is Brad McRae, who says he has thought about getting involved in politics for some time but only now has found a party the embodies “both the fiscal responsibility and political accountability in which I wanted to see.”
