Crown has approved charges against Stanley Stump,41, and Winston Stump, 33, after Sunday's home invasion on Mackenzie Avenue in Williams Lake.
Both are charged for break and enter, and Stanley Stump is charged for pointing a firearm as well as possessing a firearm for a dangerous purpose.
Both men are presently still in custody awaiting a bail hearing, the Williams Lake RCMP said Wednesday.
The home invasion took place Sunday July 14 at approximately 3:30 p.m.
After a brief skirmish with the occupants of the home, the suspects fled, but were later apprehended by police at a nearby residence.
