The Cariboo Regional District’s Area A Director Ted Armstrong and Area G Director Al Richmond are all smiles after being re-elected as vice-chair and chair, respectively, by their fellow directors during last week’s meeting.
This marks the sixth consecutive terms as chair and vice-chair for Richmond and Armstrong.
