Steve Mazur, Area E director for the Cariboo Regional District, plants a seedling at the Esler Sports Complex Wednesday morning.
At the complex 100 spruce, pine and Douglas fir seedlings were planted to commemorate the CRD’s final year as the Forest Capital of Canada. The seedlings were donated by SilvaGro Partnership and Blue Collar Silviculture of Quesnel.
