A two vehicle crash near the 700 block of Western Ave. May 1 has resulted in recommendations of charges of impaired driving and driving over the legal limit against one driver and charges under the motor vehicle act against another.
The Williams Lake RCMP say a pickup truck travelling south on Western Avenue turned left in front of a car that was heading north.
The car allegedly clipped the rear end of the truck and then skidded onto a nearby property and into a retaining wall.
The vehicles’ occupants were not injured and there was minimal damage to the property.
