Crews were hard at work clearing side streets, road shoulders and sidewalks Friday after Thursday's storm forced the cancellation of school buses in School District 27. Winter storms down south also forced the closure of all the main highways from the BC Interior to the Lower Mainland due to poor road conditions, wreaking havoc for travellers and truck drivers.
