Outgoing 2015 Stampede Queen Cheyleigh Sand passed her crown to incoming 2016 Stampede Queen Cheyenne Shoults, Miss Mueller Electric (Div.II) tonight during the Stampede Queen Coronation dinner, awards ceremonies and dance held at the Pioneer Complex.
Cheyenne, along with contestants Tanisleigh Evans, Miss Eldorado Log Hauling Ltd.; and Dana Rook, Miss West Fraser Mills were in their ball gowns for the evening.
All three of the contestants received a framed Stampede poster, scholarship funds and a pair of horseshoe shaped earrings as a memento for their participation in the contest.
