Charges dropped against 100 Mile physician in sexual assault case

A 100 Mile House physician charged with sexual assault has had a stay of proceedings (charges dropped) on Dec. 3.

Michael Mthandazo entered into a peace bond which includes 12 months with conditions and $500, according to the provincial court list.

A publication ban was imposed for the proceedings.
