All in the spirit of spring there were new lambs, calves, a few chickens, some fluffy lion head rabbits, a pony, a giant Easter bunny and even a bearded dragon appearing at the Rose Lake/Miocene 4-H Club petting zoo held in Boitanio Mall Saturday. The bearded dragon named, Alvin, clings comfortably to the shirt of its owner, Kimberley Davis, as Brad Grimmer brings his daughter, Isabella, (five months) in for a pet as Ben Wessels, 4, looks on.
