The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a male who died following a motor vehicle incident near Riske Creek on Canada Day.

The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a male who died following a motor vehicle incident near Riske Creek on Canada Day, as Tyson John Joseph Tenale, 25, of Williams Lake.

Tenale was driving a Chevy four-by-four which was involved in a single-vehicle rollover incident on Stack Valley Road near Riske Creek in the Chilcotin about 11 a.m. on July 1 and was found deceased at the scene, the coroners service noted in a press release.

The BC Coroners Service and RCMP continue to investigate this death.

Tenale's family has been notified of his death.
