The City of Williams Lake’s assessment roll increased from $1.22 billion last year to $1.24 billion this year.

In Williams Lake, about $14.2 million in new growth came from $9.9 million in residential, $7,1 million in residential single family, $4.9 million in business  and other, along with a net of -$537,225 in other changes among other classes, confirmed the City, stressing that the numbers are not set because people can still appeal their assessments. The revised assessment rolls are sent out in April.
