RCMP executed a second search warrant at a residence on Broadway Avenue South on April 21, the RCMP report.
Police seized a small stock of liquor and beer in addition to an unsecured firearm.
A male was located at the residence and found to be in violation of the Immigration Act and has been detained for processing by the Canada Border Services Agency. A female was also located the the residence and charges under the Liquor Control and Licensing Act and the Criminal Code are being recommended against the female in possession of the liquor and the residence.
The RCMP are concerned that the unlawful selling of liquor still takes place in the community.
