100 Mile House RCMP investigate suspicious death in Horse Lake

RCMP asks anyone with information to call them; no further details at this time

100 Mile House RCMP and the North District Major Crime unit are attending a supicious death on Wolfe Road in the Horse Lake area.

100 Mile RCMP were called at 11:35 p.m. on Dec. 19 and when they arrived an adult male at the residence was deceased.

The death is considered suspicious in nature and as a result, 100 Mile House RCMP called for assistance from North District Major Crime.

North District Major Crime assumed conduct of the investigation and is being supported by the 100 Mile House Detachment and several other investigative support units.

Wolfe Road is currently blocked by police tape.

Investigation teams will not release any more information at this time to protect the integrity of the investigation.
