There are two candidates vying for Area E (South Lakeside/Dog Creek) director for the Cariboo Regional District.
The candidates are Angie Delainey and Melynda Neufeld.
Delainey has held the Area E director’s seat since a byelection was held in April of this year. She has put her name in to run for director again, as well as for School District 27 trustee.
Neufeld was an alternate for Area E, and filled the position for a time after her father, longtime Area E director Byron Kemp, passed away.
Both women live in the area they are hoping to represent.
