The Ice Demons were playing with a short bench

The Williams Lake Stampeders dominated a short-benched Kitimat Ice Demons in Saturday night hockey on home ice Jan. 27.

The stands were full with appreciative fans as the Stamps took on the Ice Demons.

The first period was scoreless until the last minute of play, with the Stampeders notching their first goal with two seconds left on the clock.

Up next, the Stampeders will take on their rivals, the Quesnel Kangaroos, Friday, Feb. 2 at 7:30 p.m., followed by the Nechako North Stars Saturday night at 7:30 p.m.
