WL Forestry/NAPA Thunder Mountain Speedway is having its season opener June 15 featuring the WESCAR Late Model Touring Series.
Along with WESTCAR, there will also be hornets, street stocks, legends and a mini hit to pass.
Thunder Mountain Speedway president Donny Kunka said he expect the WESTCAR series to be bigger and better than ever, and invites racing fan to show their support for the local track.
The club recently held a work bee to make sure everything is in top shape for the season, with a great turnout of volunteers.
For Kunka himself, after a winter of working on his own car, he is excited to hit the track.
Spectator gate opens at 3 p.m., racing starts at 6 p.m.
