Williams Lake RCMP are conducting an aerial search today for a ranch hand missing from the Gang Ranch.

Police first issued a news release Dec. 14 asking for the public’s assistance in locating Karl Flunkert, 53.

“We are hoping to rule out the possibility that this person may have accidental gone off road,” Staff Sgt. Del Byron said Wednesday morning.

Byron said he believed Flunkert was working at the ranch when he disappeared.

Flunkert was driving a blue Dodge Durago with the B.C. Licence plate number DC357H.

He is described as being five foot 10 inches in height and 185 pounds.

Anyone who may have information regarding Flunkert’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Williams Lake RCMP at 250-392-6211.
