Operation Red Nose continues to do a brisk business on weekends, offering a safe ride home to party goers.
On the weekend of Dec. 15 and 16 volunteers gave 34 and 68 rides respectively, bringing the total number of rides given to 289 rides for 565 riders this year, said Dave Dickson.
Operation Red Nose will be operational again on Friday, Dec. 22 from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. but will not be available Dec. 23. Volunteers will be back at it on New Years Eve.
