Horsefly Bridge undergoing deck repair, expect delays

Deck repairs will be taking place July 8 to 12 on the Horsefly Bridge.

Deck repairs are underway on the Horsefly Bridge meaning the public can expect some delays Monday, July 8 through Friday, July 12. 

Dawson Road Maintenance is on site and noted there will be 30-minute delays between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. each day. 

The public is asked to obey all warning signs and watch for workers. 

Work on the bridge approaches is scheduled for the following week and will include overnight closures on July 17 and 19, confirmed the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure Tuesday, July 9.

Stakeholders have been notified of the overnight closures and message boards will be in place mid-week.
