Fire destroys home on Soda Creek Road early Wednesday morning

The Williams Lake Fire Department is investigating the cause of a structure fire that destroyed a home on the Soda Creek Road early Wednesday morning.

Deputy Fire Chief Rob Warnock said they were called to the fire at 12:45 a.m. at 340 Soda Creek Road, noting there were no injuries.

“Everybody got out,” he said, describing the structure as a double-wide mobile home.

In total 19 members of the WLFD attended the fire with four apparatus and assistance from the Wildwood Volunteer Fire Department.
