Ronnie Solomon came to Williams Lake from out west to sing and entertain the crowds visiting the Cowboy Trade Show hosted by the Museum of the Cariboo-Chilcotin (10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Gibraltar Room). The event also featured an open-mic session for singers, story-tellers and cowboy poets that is growing ever-more popular each year (and draws a crowd of its own) and Solomon was one of many who performed on Saturday, a prelude to an evening concert featuring more entertainers.
