The opening act for the Thursday, Aug. 14 Performances in the Park concert was a presentation by the combined Cariboo Men’s Choir and Just for Fun ladies’ vocal group.
These two local choirs simply love music.
They sing because it is good for the heart and the soul, says Angela Sommer who organized the concerts taking place this summer in Boitanio Park on Thursday evenings.
The final concerts for the summer will be this Thursday evening starting at 6 p.m. and running through to 8 p.m.
