Tegan Wahlgren, with the stage name Walgrin, opened the Safety Meeting Concert, Saturday March 19, at the Central Cariboo Arts Centre.
Walgrin hails from North Vancouver, playing the violin and singing her original music. The Friday, March 25 concert features legendary poet/beatboxer/pianist/harmonica player C.R. Avery.
